UK website orders include free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Orders are processed once payment and delivery details have been confirmed.
Dispatch and tracking
We aim to process UK orders promptly during normal business days. Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been prepared for dispatch.
International enquiries
International orders are handled by enquiry only. CBD import rules vary by destination and may change without notice. Customers outside the UK should contact us before ordering and include the destination country, product interest and required quantity.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly at info@botanicwellness.co.uk with your order details, photographs where relevant and a brief explanation of the issue.
Returns
Due to the nature of food supplement products, opened or used items cannot normally be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. This does not affect statutory rights.
